⚠ SUBCONTRACTOR FAILURE — SARAH LANDSCAPING, SCRANTON PA
We subcontracted the 4x4 post installation and final paver setting to a landscaping company at a healthy rate — $1,400 cash upfront for what should have been a 3-day finish. Most of the heavy demo and prep was already completed. We asked for progress photos. Never received them. Upon returning to the site, we found pavers cut incorrectly, gaps throughout, timber framing that wasn’t level or square, exposed fasteners, and corners that didn’t meet. Everything had to be torn out and completely redone.
